Professional Design, One Flat Fee
Not every customer walks in with a print-ready vector file — and that is completely okay. Our in-house design service exists to bridge the gap between your idea and a finished product. For a one-time $50 logo setup fee, we will create custom artwork or clean up your existing design so it is ready for screen printing, embroidery, or any decoration method.
The setup fee includes an initial consultation, 2-3 concept directions, up to two rounds of revisions, and delivery of final production-ready files in multiple formats. You own the design outright — use it on apparel, your website, business cards, or anywhere else.
Already have print-ready artwork in vector format? There is no design charge. Just send us your files and we will go straight to production.

Free Consultation
We start with a conversation about your brand, audience, and vision. Whether you have a rough sketch on a napkin or a detailed brief, we listen and ask the right questions to understand exactly what you need.

Concept Development
Our design team creates 2-3 initial concepts based on your input. We explore different visual directions — typography, icon styles, color palettes — so you can see the range of possibilities for your brand.

Refinement & Revision
You pick the direction you like best, and we refine it. Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the $50 setup fee. We dial in colors, proportions, and details until you love the result.

Production-Ready Files
We deliver your final design in multiple formats — vector (AI, EPS, SVG), high-resolution raster (PNG, JPG), and PDF. Your files are optimized for screen printing, embroidery, digital use, and any future application.

Print & Stitch Ready
Your design is formatted specifically for the decoration method you choose. Screen print artwork gets proper color separations. Embroidery designs are digitized into stitch files. No extra steps required on your end.

Vector (Preferred)
AI, EPS, SVG, PDF
Scalable to any size without quality loss. This is the gold standard for custom apparel. If you have vector files, we can go straight to production with no setup fee.

High-Resolution Raster
PNG, JPG, TIFF (300+ DPI)
We can work with high-resolution images for most screen printing applications. Some detail loss may occur at very large print sizes. Not ideal for embroidery without conversion.

PDF Documents
PDF (with embedded vectors)
PDFs created from design software (Illustrator, InDesign) often contain usable vector data. Flattened or image-based PDFs will be treated as raster files.

Small JPG, PNG, screenshots
We can recreate your design as a clean vector file for the $50 setup fee. Low-resolution files cannot be used directly for production without redrawing.

How much does custom design cost?+−
Our standard design setup fee is $50 and covers logo creation or artwork cleanup, including up to two rounds of revisions. Complex illustrations, multi-element designs, or projects requiring extensive concepting may be quoted separately. If you already have print-ready vector files, there is no design charge at all.
How long does the design process take?+−
Initial concepts are typically ready within 2-3 business days. From there, revisions usually take 1-2 days per round. Most design projects are completed within a week. Rush design services are available if you are on a tight deadline.
Do I own the final design?+−
Yes. Once your order is complete and paid for, you own full rights to the custom design we create for you. We provide all source files so you can use your logo or artwork anywhere — apparel, website, business cards, signage, and beyond.
Can you recreate a logo from a photo or screenshot?+−
Absolutely. Our design team regularly recreates logos from low-resolution images, photos of physical items, and even hand-drawn sketches. We will rebuild your design as a clean vector file that is production-ready for any application.
What if I do not have any artwork at all?+−
That is perfectly fine. Many of our customers come to us with nothing more than a business name and an idea. Our design team will work with you from the ground up to create a logo or design that fits your brand, audience, and intended use.
Can you design for more than just apparel?+−
Yes. While we specialize in apparel-ready design, the vector files we deliver work for any application — business cards, vehicle wraps, signage, websites, social media, and more. A good logo works everywhere.
