What is the minimum order quantity?+−
Our minimum order quantity is 24 pieces. You can mix tees, long sleeves, and hoodies in one order as long as they use the same design.
How long does a typical order take?+−
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders can be completed in as few as 3-5 business days for an additional fee. We recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks before your event to allow time for artwork revisions.
Do you offer free design help?+−
Yes! We offer a free design consultation to discuss your project and provide recommendations. If you need us to create artwork from scratch, there is a one-time $50 logo setup fee. If you already have print-ready files, there is no design charge.
Can I see a sample before placing a full order?+−
Absolutely. We can produce a sample or proof for your approval before running the full order. For screen printing, we provide a digital proof. For embroidery, we can stitch a single sample piece for a small additional fee.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?+−
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF). High-resolution PNG and JPG files (300 DPI or higher) also work well. If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team can recreate it as a vector file for a small setup fee.
Do you serve areas outside Columbia and Lexington?+−
Yes! While we are based in the SC Midlands and offer free delivery in the Columbia, Lexington, and Chapin areas, we ship orders nationwide. We proudly serve customers across South Carolina and beyond, including Irmo, West Columbia, Sumter, Orangeburg, and the entire Southeast.
